Our E-Liquids are mixed and processed in our ISO 8 (Class 100,000) cleanroom facility, utilising automatic filling and labeling equipment. Limitless Labs is tailored from the ground up to offer a range of products and services to meet your new or existingy E-Liquid manufacturing needs. Limitless Labs also offers a wide variety of proprietary formulated recipes that are available for licensing and custom white label branding. With over 30 Australian Brands being Manufactured on site we are one of the largest one stop wholesale shops for premium australian E-Liquids.
ISO-8 (Class 100,000) Cleanroom
Limitless Labs operates an ISO 8 (Class 100,000) cleanroom. Our on-site custom built cleanroom is designed to keep the outside environment from getting in. We use high efficiency particulate air (HEPA) fans with positive pressure airflow. This enables our Cleanroom to maintain a contaminant-free environment at all times, assuring delivery of a clean product. Strict mixing protocols and bottling processes ensure our E-Liquid products are manufactured to the highest industry standards.
BRAND DESIGN
At Limitless Labs, we offer start to finish brand and label design for your product with step by step communication to make getting your product into the market as seamless as possible. Our experienced in house design team can use your existing branding or create a fresh and up to date design. With 5 years of industry experience, we will ensure your branding has everything required to stand out from the crowd including Industry-standard information and GS1 registered barcoding.
IN HOUSE LABEL PRODUCTION
Limitless Labs is equipped with on site Digital Label Printing & Digital Die cutting equipment. Our digital laser colour engine is an optimum technology solution for small to large batch printing specifically for the E-Liquid industry. Equipped with a 600*1200dpi high resolution color laser engine, it supports high precision non fade printing using CMYK Japanese toner. Limitless Labs has the ability to print, laminate, and digitally die-cut your labels in-house, to reduces costs and minimises entry time to market

WAREHOUSING & WHOLESALE DISTRIBUTION
Limitless Labs maintains a secure receiving and shipping warehouse within our production center. All materials undergo Incoming Quality Control checks before being added into existing inventory and stored in our ISO-8 Cleanroom. During and after production, clients products undergo Outgoing Quality Control inspections before being safely stored for fulfillment ready for distribution. Our warehouse and systems are equipped to ship by multiple shipping carriers to optimise the and efficiency of delivery.
