SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Orders received before 8:00AM (ACDT) on business day's usually ship on the same day. Orders received after the 8:00AM (ACDT) cut-off will usually ship on the following business day.
Limitless Labs partners with multiple carriers for shipping. They are included but not limited to Australia Post, Couriers Please, and TNT, Zoom2UCouriers. You can choose your preferred shipping method on your order in our checkout page. We try to provide you with the most efficient and cost effective option. All parcels shipped by Limitless Labs include a tracking number. Limitless Labs does not take any responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged parcels after the parcel has been handed over to the courier.
Tracking information is automatically sent via email once we have shipped your order.
You can also log into your account to view tracking details.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with their order as specified at the checkout page.
We do not refund shipping costs for any reason.
LOST, DAMAGED OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Limitless Labs is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages. If you did not receive a package that is marked as delivered, it is your responsibility to resolve this issue with the post office. Lost, damaged or stolen packages are very frustrating, and we will do our best to help you resolve the problem. Please understand though that this is completely beyond our control and does require you to contact the postal carrier for assistance.
Warranty & Returns
E-Liquids and Base Materials (VG/PG): As our E-liquids and Base Materials (VG/PG) contain food grade ingredients they are considered a consumable product and are not subject to any warranty.
As required by the Australian Consumer Law ("ACL") we do not allow returns or exchange E-Liquid products unless there is a manufacturing defect.
We do not take returns of products if you change your mind.
Limitless Labs offer a 1:1 replacement or refunds for all E-Juice products that have manufacturing faults and defects, major failures, and other issues not caused by your or your customer's action or inaction.
